Prices are estimates based on expected travel times. A departure and arrival message will be generated to verify ride duration.
All rides are recorded via dashcam to ensure the safety of both the riders and driver.
The client is responsible for any required excessive cleaning and/or damage to the vehicle caused during the ride, including entering and exiting it, by him/her/them and any accompanying travelers, pets and belongings.
No smoking/vaping, alcohol or illegal drugs may be used during the ride. The driver has the right to end the ride at any time without refund if any passengers violate this policy.
It is illegal and unsafe to load the vehicles beyond seating capacity. Car seats are required for children under 2 years old.
No responsibility is assumed for articles left in the vehicle, but found articles can be returned in person or via standard shipping if we are provided with a shipping label.
The driver cannot be held responsible for delayed travel time due to weather, traffic, road conditions or unforeseen mechanical failures. As weather forecasts become concerning, the driver will update any delays or recommended adjustments to keep your trip safe and timely.
Fares are charged in full at the time of reservation. Upon payment, riders will receive a reservation confirmation. If total charges are below the estimated amount, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Upon landing and before departing the aircraft, please text the driver to confirm the timing of your arrival. Please also let the driver know if you need to wait for checked baggage or need to make any other stops before exiting the airport. The driver will wait at the designated terminal pickup door in the middle lane, unless other accommodations need to be arranged. Text the driver any major delays emerge that impede your progress to the pickup site.

Description texStandard fares can be cancelled up to 48 hours of scheduled pickup time for a full refund *(excluding airport pick ups - see policy below). Cancellations can be made via text or email. Any third party processing fees cannot be refunded.

Airport Arrivals/Departures may be canceled up to 3 hours before scheduled pickup time for a full refund, unless a new pickup time is scheduled. If the reservation is canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, a partial refund may be issued. A full refund will be issued for canceled flights, if the driver is notified 3 hours in advance of flight arrival/departure time. A no-show will be recorded after 30 minutes waiting without contact from the customer. There is no additional fee, but no refund will be issued.

For events with designated dropoff and pickup zones, the price estimate will include any and all charges to allow access to the venue. Some venues (Sport stadiums, Navy Pier, Outdoor Concert Festivals, Convention Centers, ets.) may restrict access to vehicles for specific times before and after an event. The driver will clarify any known particular information about zones as it is made available. It is helpful and expedient for riders to text the driver details regarding any spontaneous closures (such as first responder activity, medical emergencies, or infrastructure limitations) to streamline the egress from the event. If the driver cannot get to your expected location, you may be directed to a different one. Please stay in communication with the driver to ensure a safe pickup. A no-show will be recorded after 30 minutes without contact from the customer. There is no additional fee, but no refund will be issued.

For goods and materials being transported between locations, the price estimate will include the anticipated time to load and unload the shipment. A complete list of items must be supplied before they are picked up, with that same list verified upon receipt of delivery. For items purchased at a store or private seller, a proof of sale/bill of lading is required to ensure accurate and complete transportation. Any additional items or passengers beyond the agreed upon trip will result in additional charges. Pets cannot be transported alone; an owner or person known to the animal must accompany them.
